Your Money by Design isn’t your usual financial business. Founded in 2004 by Nancy Zimmerman, we have a simple goal: to equip ordinary folks to take control of their day-to-day finances. If you want a safe, friendly environment to tackle issues like getting out of debt, managing your cash effectively, and generally being savvy and strategic with your money instead of having your head in the sand, we’re here to help.
Our products are mostly online – this enables us to keep the cost affordable to everyone (a key value of Your Money by Design) but we do have some coaches available for limited one-on-one work if that’s your preference.
Our hope and change-the-world goal is that as we all regain control of our spending we will discover ways to use our power as consumers to bring much-needed change and wholeness to the world – buying fair trade or organic. Rethinking our consumerism. Addressing profound issues like the gross imbalance of wealth in the world. But the first step? Getting hold of our own individual finances. We’ve already helped hundreds.
